I'Salasso

Bright and warm clear rosé wine. It anticipates intense aromas of ripe fruit and withered flowers.
Good body in the mouth and pleasant drinking, perfectly combined with the fruity note and the freshness, for an enjoyable end.

This wine is obtained from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, after a soft crushing and a spontaneous fermentation in steel, with a short maceration with skins.

Pairing: versatile wine. Perfect with cold cuts, pizza napoletana (tomato, anchovies and capers), caciucco sauce spaghetti, sea food and shellfish soup with tomatoes or an aubergine parmigiana.
