I' Cinatti 2016

An intense and warm ruby red colour introduces a smell rich in pleasant floral hints, overlapping and blending into an elegant fruity scent with spicy hints.
Savoury in the mouth, it indicates a pleasantly structured and harmonic body. Soft tannic depth and remarkable persistence.

The name I’Cinatti takes its origin from the legend of a character from Tignano and dates back to 1700. His ghost became famous thanks to its night frightening apparitions, always under a faint light near the farm vineyard.
Such tale inspired the production of this wine, whose grapes are attentively selected.
It is obtained from Sangiovese Grosso grapes.
Ageing: 18 months in French-oak barriques.
Refinement: some months in bottles.
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese.
Pairings: perfectly combined with typical Tuscan second course dishes or simply alone, enjoying it in good company.
