Light and bright yellow colour with amber tinges and floral aromas with vanilla scents for this blend of Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes strictly selected. Slightly acidic, salty and dry taste with a warm alcohol content.

Good structure and medium/long persistence.
Vinification: in wood after a short maceration with skins.
Refinement: in steel first, then in bottles.
Grapes: Malvasia and Trebbiano.
Pairings: Fish, white meat, cheese or as an aperitif enjoying it in good company.
